At the first of each month I usually pay my rent doing the 'account to account' transfer but this month it has been shut down.I called the number given an was told 'we don't know when it'll be re-activated' which puts a hardship on me.
Emails are not answered using their 'CONTACT' email address.
I've had the card for over 7 yrs an this is the first time I've had an issue with them.I have a direct deposit account set up so that part is not an issue, the real issue is the customer service not being forth coming about things that normally work.
