At the first of each month I usually pay my rent doing the 'account to account' transfer but this month it has been shut down. I called the number given an was told 'we don't know when it'll be re-activated' which puts a hardship on me.
Emails are not answered using their 'CONTACT' email address.
I've had the card for over 7 yrs an this is the first time I've had an issue with them. I have a direct deposit account set up so that part is not an issue, the real issue is the customer service not being forth coming about things that normally work.
